“Before the beginning of great brilliance, there must be chaos.

Before a brilliant person begins creating something great, they must look foolish to the crowd.”

Winning customers with chaotic brillianceAre you willing to be foolish in the name of your brilliance?

Most of us have a hard time with looking foolish.  We believe (maybe been taught) that the road to our destination must look neat and tidy to people around us.

Yet, because we are traveling on a road we have never been on before, we really should explore.  Go down a path we’ve never seen.  Take the detour.  Test various highways, by-ways and dirty, bumpy trails.

In other words, our best brilliance…our best service to our customers…comes when we are willing to be a little messy, break a few eggs and welcome chaos.

So here’s you assignment for this week—where have you been unwilling to take a leap because things might get messy?

Take the leap.  Welcome some chaos. Enable your great brilliance to be coaxed out.

Now you’ll be able to deliver your very best brilliance to your customers.

Chaos is where brilliant dreams are born.

Go forth and do great things,
