First—before we jump in to all things Customers—Happy New Year to you and may it be a prosperous and successful year for you.
This greeting is more important than usual, based on what I’m about to share with you.
I stumbled on this numerologist who was a part of a webinar I did. His overarching guidance about 2013 is pretty startling.
“2013 will be the charming conman come to take advantage of us…”
That makes you stop and think, doesn’t it?
So if you know the charming conman is on his way, how do you prepare? Well, you have a plan. A plan that wards off the charming conman. A plan that not only averts danger, it enables success. You get to thumb your nose at that charmer, and laugh to the bank.
What’s your plan for 2013? Got one?
Really??? What’s the issue? Do you really think you can get where you want to go, and get there in spite of the conman, without a plan?
Let’s do this—each of you send me your Intentions for 2013. Not your overarching, big, hairy, measurable goal. Your Intentions. What do you want to have happen? Intentions are more inspirational than goals (probably why you don’t have a plan—you don’t think it’s very inspiring).
Let’s get at least one thing in place so that the charming conman known as 2013 doesn’t con you out of your business success.
What are your Intentions for 2013?
Go forth and do great things,
Martha Hanlon & Chris Williams
