Welcome to the Jewish Family Service Boca Raton Leadership Resource Page, sponsored by Wide Awake Business and designed to support you throughout your leadership journey.

About five years ago, Wide Awake Business and JFS Leadership identified what we fondly call the Management Conundrum—employee engagement, multiple generations in the workplace, hybrid work environments, less satisfied and disconnected employees, increased stress and burnout, a lower sense of belonging, employees who check their creativity at the door and pick it back up on the way out, hiring and training challenges, and leadership teams that need new tools.

You have been selected by your leadership team to join us on a 12-month journey. We will meet every three weeks (excluding holidays) to explore the Rise Up, Leader tools and concepts designed to support you in your leadership role.

Our meetings are interactive and follow a consistent meeting format. All content and resources will be available here for your review, along with brief work assignments to support your learning (not to exceed one hour over each three-week period). And yes—we promise we’ll have a few laughs!
