We’ve got to talk about this.
I can’t let you go another day…not in good conscious…without opening up this conversation.
It’s a tough topic.
But we’ve got to talk about it. So I’m just going to ask.
How are you doing on your 2015 revenue goal?
If you’re not about 8 ¾ months into what you projected, you have your work cut out for you for the final 3 ¼ months we have left.
October, November and December get to be the fall guys, picking up the slack for those other lazy months. Curse them!
If you’re not on track, it means you’ve got a big push in front of you. It means you’re nailed to your business rather than feeling free to do some things just for you (you know, like a couple of days off or leaving early on Friday or visiting the kids in college or deciding to have family at your house for Thanksgiving…okay, not that last one).
And here’s the other sad part about being behind on your revenue…it usually leads to a slow start to 2016. Maybe that’s how and where you fell behind in the first place in 2015?
So can we make a deal? It’s only for your benefit.
Strip everything else away except your fastest path to cash.
Put all nice-to-do, busy work aside. All that stuff that fills up your day, but doesn’t move you towards your goal—don’t do it! It will wait for you. I promise.
Right now your entire focus is on one thing—what very few actions will deliver your fastest path to cash?
How can I help you get there? Drop me a line. That’s why I’m here.
