customer capstoneAre you sure you have enough obstacles?

And I mean the right obstacles for you, based on the highest value you can bring to your business.

Because, you see, I’m concerned that you’re running low on obstacles or worse, working on ones that are too far below your value, ones that your team should be working on (team being a theme we’ll be talking about very soon).

You see obstacles—the right ones–keep you honest.

Obstacles–the right ones, based on the highest good you should be bringing to your business–motivate you to get smarter, work smarter, and jolt your business forward.

They compel you to grow your willpower and develop that courage muscle.  Tackling the >>>right<<< obstacles catapults your business forward.

Please hear me when I say these obstacles are neither trivial nor boring.  The kinds that make you numb.

I’m talking about scintillating obstacles that fire up your imagination, rousing obstacles that ignite your determination to be who you want to be, to have the business you want to have and to get what you want.

Your assignment this week: acquire at least one new, interesting, igniting, firing-on-all-cylinders, scintillating, and motivating obstacle.

Isn’t it time to tap into your greater power?  Time to move up to work on your business rather than in it?

Go forth and do great things,

Martha Hanlon and Chris Williams
